• DB2 –TRAINING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAM(4-8, April 2009):   A 4 days DB2–9 training and certification program was organized from 4-8 April, 2009. The Session was conducted by Mr. Vikash Manoria, from IBM. 33 students and 6 faculty members successfully Certified, and the student Ms. Nancy Arya scored 98.9% i.e. highest score.

    

• RAD –TRAINING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAM ( APRIL, 2010):   Under the IBM Academic Initiative a 3 days RAD-7 Workshop & Certification exam was organized at the institute.

• RED HAT –WORKSHOP CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (APRIL, 2010):&nbap; A 2 days workshop on Red Hat Linux was organized. Mr. Abhimanyu Roy and Mr. Anshuman Dutta (Experts from Red Hat).

• MICROSOFT–WORKSHOP (18-20, December, 2010 ):   A 3 days workshop was conducted by Microsoft authorized team at our campus premises for the students/faculty members under Microsoft IT Academy program. The main goal was to share knowledge with respect to industry methodology to the students. Topic Covered: Introducing VS 2010, Work on Google Hacks Live Application, Creating bridge between Ethical Hacking and ASP.NET , Application Security Concepts, Creating awareness with respect to Industrial requirements and Modus operandi, Demonstrating working of live environment through Google, Yahoo, Rediff, etc websites.

• WORKSHOP ON SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE(SOA)(4, February, 2008:   A 3 days Workshop on the emerging IBM technology “Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)” was organized for the faculties and students. It was the first workshop in India offered to a private sector Institute. Mr. Vikas Manoria from IBM, Bangalore was trainer.

• WORKSHOP ON .NET TECHNOLOGY (7th March, 2008):   A one Workshop on .Net technology was organized by QBit experts for MCA students. The workshop highlighted a comparative study of different tools and technologies used in IT industry

• INDIA’S FIRST WORKSHOP ON LOTUS DOMINO(25-29, AUGUST 2008):   Five days workshop on the popular groupware by IBM, Lotus Domino was organized at MAISM. The faculty participants were from MAIET, Banasthali Vidhyapith, and S.S.J. Shubodh P.G Collage, Jaipur. IBM Expert MSS. VIDYA RANGNATHAN was the resource person. The training cost was Rs. 25000/- per participants but it was offered free.

• SPECIAL WORKSHOP ON “NANO TECHNOLOGY (10 August, 2008):   A 3 hour workshop was conducted on “Nanotechnology and its emergence” by an eminent physicist Prof(Dr.) Ashok. K. Nagavat, on 10th August 2008. Prof. Nagavat explained the Post human’s capabilities and future of nanotechnology.

• WORKSHOP ON THREE TIER ARCHITECTURE ( 13 May, 2009):   A workshop on “ three tier architecture in dot net framework “ was organized by the technical experts from QBit (venture and center for CDAC, Pune) for MCA students.

• SAP Certification and Certificate Program Information  

Since SAP is a software company, the credentials that demonstrate knowledge of it are offered in the form of certification from the vendor, rather than a certificate from a college. SAP certification is a great way for business and information technology professionals to advance their careers by learning about one of the most popular corporate software systems in use. • SAP Certification  

SAP AG is a software company that produces business software applications. The certification is currently available at two levels: associate and professional. A third 'master' level is in the works.

The associate-level certification exams cover material taught in courses or in SAP training manuals; these exams do not test actual product experience. In contrast, the professional-level certification exams are designed to test a person's professional experience implementing and using SAP products. Master-level certification candidates will need to meet other professional requirements in addition to passing the exam. A candidate does not need to hold lower-level certifications in order to sit for higher-level exams.

SAP stresses that its exams are specifically designed to test competency based on actual experience and, as such, those with several years of experience should be prepared to take the professional- or master-level exams. It should also be noted that certifications test knowledge on specific SAP products, so there are many different certifications available. On average, Oracle University conducts 2000 exams every month across all its certification tracks in India. Oracle also offers Workforce Development Program (WDP) to working professionals through a wide education partner network.
