Master of Computer Application (MCA)
|
MCA course at MAISM was started in the year 1998. MAISM was the first to launch
MCA course in private sector in Rajasthan, under the approval from AICTE and affiliated
to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. All the alumni of MAISM are well placed
in the country and abroad, in top notch software/IT companies and corporates.
Eligibility :
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC)
in aggregate with Mathematics at 10+2 level or BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science)/B.Sc
(IT). Those in the final year of their graduation can also apply. Also the candidate
should have a Rajasthan domicile.
Duration :
3 Years (No. of Seats : 120)
Admission Process :
Admission to the course is made through centralized entrance test at the state level
RMCAAT which is conducted on behalf of the state government. College for the study
is allotted on the basis of merit and in order of given preference, subject to the
availability of seats. Candidates need to apply for the entrance test as per notification
issued by the conducting body. RMCAAT is conducted usually in the month of May/June.
Affiliation & Recognition :
MCA is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi,
and affiliated to the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota (Rajasthan) -India.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
|
Two year full time post graduate programme in business management with dual specialization
has been designed at par with MBA and is highly acceptable by the industry and corporate
world this is open for graduates of any discipline. Some seats are reserved for
Company sponsored candidates who are exempted from participating in normal admission
process.
To facilitate a complete professional grooming of students, Practical approaches
are gaining greater acceptance over predominantly lecture centric methodologies.
An appropriate mix of lectures, presentations, case studies training seminars, simulation
exercise, role-plays, business games, group discussions, etc., are used for effective
teaching & learning.
The basis emphasis is on involving the students in learning and helps them to relate
concepts and theories to business requirements. Audio Visual Facilities like LCD,
OHP, TV, VCR and Educational Movies are available for study and research. The institute
has well qualified, dedicated and experienced faculty from industry and academics.
Eligibility :
Applicant should be a graduate in any discipline from any recognized university
having obtained a minimum of 5o%. Final year students can also apply. Students are
required to submit valid (Cat /MAT /ATMA/ XAT/ CET /BMAT/ JC-CAT /CMAT) score card.
